Martinique is an overseas department (France) commonly called the flower island.

Its landscape and magnificent beaches, sometimes black sand or white sand, make it a paradise island with many assets.

Its history is linked to the highest point of the island, Mount Pelée, following its eruption in 1902 which destroyed the old capital : Saint-Pierre.
